Message	By "look at me" I meant status. Sometimes people with money want status, they wouldn't switch decals.... These "look at me" people drive I am describing would be your typical 360 modena owner, that is a "look at me" car (120k -used) that can be beaten by a used 30k C5 Z06. Similar to the M5, while a really neat car, it is simply in a different class(too heavy). If he had replaced M5 with Elise then I would agree with you and think he was looking for a serious performance car to enjoy on the streets and the track, but the M5 was the giveaway IMO. Regardless, the best bang for the buck will be the C6 Z06 this summer and for a while to come I would bet. 65k-75k doesn't matter, that car is a no brainer for the performance level. My only point was someone seeking status will not want to persue a 15 year old sports car (or "GT car" for you picky guys).
